Kirsten Irving is a Lincolnshire-born, London-based poet and voiceover, and one half of the team behind collaborative press Sidekick Books. Her work has been published by Salt and Happenstance, widely anthologised and thrown out of a helicopter. Kirsten works in a library, writes about toys, and is planning her woodland burial.

Kirsten Irving Voiceovers
warm • friendly • nuanced • northern

I'm a British voiceover, originally from Lincolnshire and now based in London. I have a cosy, friendly voice characterised by soft northern tones, and a touch of mischief. A seasoned poet, I can bring any verse to life with subtle, cadenced delivery.

I have worked with the Wellcome Trust on a number of projects, including their Mosaic podcast. I have also voiced animations for a range of non-profit organisations, including Royal Botanical Gardens Kew, The Fairtrade Foundation, The British Academy, The Howard League for Penal Reform and YMCA.

I also volunteer regularly with community audio service Talking News Islington.

If you need a welcoming, sparky, playful voice for your project, contact me to discuss ideas and get a quote. To hear my showreel and see further examples of my work, visit my dedicated voiceover site at kirstenirvingvo.co.uk.
